Nuevo el hotel pero detalles tan importantes no se deben olvidar: - no había toallitas para tallarse el cuerpo durante la ducha - el piso en la regadera está súper resbaloso - quise usar el sauna, vapor y demás y no estuvieron disponibles - la TV del gimnasio no encendió

"One of my favorite hotels now."

I have traveled the world and the service here was one of the best I’ve ever had. Everything worked, everything was clean and most important. The people who work there are outstanding I want to give a special mention to Pool and Amador Who went out of their way to get me breakfast so I could jump onto my next meeting given I couldn’t make it to the hotel breakfast buffet. Nobody does that nowadays. I also want to say that I enjoyed the gym in the room is fantastic. Congratulations on the people who work at this hotel.

Love the hotel, maybe need more variety of foods. La atención es excepcional . Nedy was our server in the dinning room, she was very attentive, polite and faster when we need help. Very good help at reception.. making us feel important. In conclusion, we had a great experience and spent wonderful day at Sonesta Hotel, for which we are very grateful , taking great memories and we will recommend it to everyone we know. THANK YOU TO ALL SONESTA TEAM!!!!

"Nice hotel in Arequipa"

We had a very nice, clean room and great service. Every morning, Nedy gave us amazing service and took care of us during breakfast. Thank you!! I just wish there was more service at the bars and a bit more selection for the buffet. Other than that it was a great experience.

" Very good and comfortable hotel."

The hotel is well located for the airport and main city centre. A ten minute taxi journey to the main square costs 10 sol. The staff are amazing. They are welcoming and friendly. The hotel is very clean and well appointed, with a very good restaurant and bar. Food was very food throughout our stay. Our room was large with a view of the mountains. It had a large comfortable bed and a very clean bathroom with complimentary water and a vanity kit. The room has a coffee machine, safe and good-sized wardrobe. The hotel has a spa which you can book in advance. We had a very comfortable stay and would recommend this hotel.

"Excellent "

Je ne sais quoi dire, sinon que tout c'est merveilleusement bien passé dans cet hôtel. Réception, chambre, garage, restaurant, petit déjeuner, aucune fausse noté. Un personnel souriant, toujours à l'écoute et aux petits soins. Mention particulière à la jeune fille de la réception qui travaillait l'après-midi, elle a même fait l'effort de nous parler en français. Merci à toutes et à tous.
