The front desk staff are so friendly and helpful, our two days canyon tour start 3:30am, she asked the kitchen to package breakfast for us. Help us make call to tour company to confirm pick up. Our room is very clean, highly recommend this hotel

The hotel is situated away from the hustle and bustle of historic center, but it a short taxi ride away from many attractions. The pluses for this hotel are the following 1. The rooms and common area are very clean. 2. Close to good restaurants 3. Very good breakfast spread But the strength of the hotel is the friendly, effective and attentive staff. A special shot out to Fatima at front desk.

The stay was wonderful and would recommend any solo traveler or even family to stay at this hotel, they do their very best to make sure the stay is comfortable, I was greeted with a drink and explained all the amenities available to me, was able to hold bags past checkout and also able to call taxis if you need one to visit the city. Overall very accommodating.

Stand new and swank hotel between downtown and the airport. Best bed I have slept on in any hotel in this two month trip - so comfortable. Great staff, great breakfast and I had a delicious steak dinner as well in the restaurant. Quiet and comfortable. Great staff. Large TV with hundreds of channels. Convenient to get to the airport.

The best hotel I visited during my 3 week trip in Peru. The hotel is very modern with nice comfortable beds and big tvs. The gym is small but nice and the spa amenities are free to use and pretty good for Latin American standards. The staff is very friendly which was a plus. I heard some minor dog barking but this hotel is very quiet compared to most others in the major cities. I would definitely come back here!

Beautiful hotel. Amazing room. Very high quality mattress. Amazing staff. Amazing food and drinks. One of the best hotel experiences of my life and ive stayed in over 300 different hotels. 5 stars overall. Only downside is location. Nothing much to do in walking distance. However the hotel has all the amenities one could want. Free breakfast is also amazing, omelete, bread, ham and cheese platter, cereal and yogurt, fresh natural fruit smoothie. Amazing fruit bowl. Fantastic coffee. I never leave reviews for hotels however this one deserves a full review. Exceptional in everyway. One could not ask for anything more.

They had an amazing customer service, specially in the restaurant. The staff was amazing and very friendly !!! (Gloria, Fatima, Milagros, Toñito, Nicolas, Ernesto, Andres and Junior) They were always very attractive making sure that we had a great time while we were there, they were always checking up on us making sure that we had received everything with great service. Every day they clean and disinfected the room entirely which I loved specially in this time that everything should be clean thoroughly because of the pandemic. We stayed for 12 days at the hotel in Arequipa and I strongly recommend it, I definitely go back there if I have the chance to stop by Arequipa again
