Due to Corona virus regulations, a/c was not working but wasn’t informed until we got to the room. Had to ask for a fan. Internet was kind of spotty, they said was because the high volume of occupancy. Almost no hot water in the shower. Food and room service was good!

Modern hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Good beds and clean rooms. Nice breakfast. The hotel is not in the city center and you need a taxi to go there but it was not a mayor issue for us, The location of the hotel outside the center is also and advantage when you go on a tour f.e. to the Colca canyon. These tours leave very early between 3 am and 330 am and they will pick you up last and drop you back first given that the hotel is outside of the center.

A very good hotel and staff. Loved staying there. The bed was so comfy and the room was clean. The only little thing is the hotel is still new and doing it up. It needs a few month to finish some areas
