Four Seasons Hotel Toronto

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights in August and had an incredible time. We can’t think of one fault from this hotel. We wish we could have stayed longer. We had our baby with us and the hotel did everything they could to make us comfortable. We got a crib, a diaper pail, soap for the baby. The lobby was beauitfully presented and the cafe as well as the breakfast was great. It was an amazing stay and we’ll definitely be back.

This Four Seasons experience set the bar high. True 5/5 star experience. I’m writing this months later because I have been traveling a lot (to other four seasons and other 5 star hotels) and just keep thinking how this spontaneous trip to Toronto was just so nice! Overall, just super thoughtful staff that know how to treat their guests. My fiancé and I stayed here as a little pre-moon for the Cold Play concert for 2 nights. It was so nice that it felt like a week! Before arrival, I asked them the best way to get to the concert and they sent me step-by-step instructions for two different subway routes and a private car service option as well + general tips like when to leave ect. Upon arrival, we received a complimentary upgrade to a gorgeous corner suite (with our Amex Platinum benefits). In our suite, awaited freshly baked squirrel-shaped dog treats. I took a bite because I wasn’t sure what they were. They were delicious (for a dog treat! Lol) We ended up staying in because we just felt so comfortable and spoiled and ordered room service like 5x. The food was always fabulous and arrived in a timely manner. If I needed ketchup or an extra plate they happily ran back down to get it. I loved the bath tub. I took a bath twice a day. Staff answered the iPad-chat very very very quickly. I felt like I was def a little needy this trip and they were super accommodating, kind, and eager to help with my requests. If I ordered extras (pillows ect) they came within minutes. At one point, I wanted to take my dog on a walk and asked “which direction outside the hotel would be the cutest walk” and they basically mapped out which/where to walk and gave me options because they didn’t know which vibe I wanted like “through cute shops” or “through a park” and longer/shorter.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Schönes Zimmer mit großem Badezimmer. AC gut regulierbar, auch zum heizen möglich. Frühstück sehr gut, schönes Café. Lage ist sehr gut. Top Hotel 🤩.
