"I will not stay in it again."

Location

The lobby is under expectation, it doesn't reflect the name of the hotel "Four Seasons". Also the bathroom. I couldn't sleep well because of the annoying noises coming from outside, windows must have sound proof.

The only thing negative was that the spa services were all booked up and we couldn’t get a massage, but other than that, it was a perfect small get away for me and my husband. The staff was soooo friendly, the food and drinks were amazing, the room so perfect.

One of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. Brittney at the front desk really took care of all of my needs. Rest of staff were great as well. Which I had more time to stay longer.

We had a great stay at Four Seasons Hotel Houston. We came for a weekend stay for a wedding we attended in the hotel. The hotel was beautiful and the wedding venue was stunning. All the staff were friendly and very attentive. The food and drinks were delicious. And it’s pet friendly !! Overall we had such a wonderful time. Would definitely recommend.
