Run down and dirty. Won’t stay there again
This is a safe clean hotel at a fair price. Can't ask for more that that.
When we arrived, we were told our room that was booked three months earlier was given away (they were overbooked by 3 rooms). All they kept saying is, "There is nothing we can do. We didn't have any rooms available when you booked." We were told so many lies. My sister-in-law booked a room weeks after us and hers was available. A lady came in and checked in while we were there, and she said she booked her room a week earlier. No manager would talk to us. They made the new front desk worker deal with it. We were not compensated at all. I have never been treated so poorly. Since all hotels were booked within an hour radius, we ended up sleeping on our friend's floor. Awful.

ROOM WAS VERY CLEAN AND THE STAFF WERE VERY HELPFULL.
The water was hard so the soap didn’t rinse off well. Employees did not seem happy with their jobs, not friendly.
I had used a third party site to book my room, which they recieved, but for some reason they wouldn't book me the room after already paying for it, then charged me a second time, with a promise of a refund. Its been nearly two weeks now and i still have not recieved the refund, I've called the hotel and no questions were answered.
This Days Inn was, well, OK. The property felt old and in need of major refurbishment. I booked a king “suite”. The sofa bed for my sons was, in one word, horrible. The mattress was so thin, every spring could be felt. The towels felt like sandpaper. On the plus side, the king mattress was one of the better hotel mattresses I’ve slept on. No sag. The breakfast was, ok. Don’t expect anything fancy. It’s microwave egg biscuits and omelet. The coffee isn’t bad. The icing on the cake is that walls are thin. The worst was someone very loud outside who woke us up. I had to call the front desk to ask them to do something. Overall, I felt the cost was higher than the quality offered.
The staff was really friendly. The room was clean. The only disappointment was I was unable to sign into my own Netflix account as their WIFI had been disabled. Other than that was a pleasant stay.
