Staff was very nice and pleasant during check in. They gave me great dinner options around the area. Stayed here for a business trip and would stay here again in the future.

Staff was very nice. Didn't have time for breakfast this trip, but it's been good, if a bit sparse, in the past. Rooms are dated, but clean. Hotel has little competition nearby, so this is why it works for them. Hotel has no elevator for 2nd floor.

We had a late check in and called to advise them and because we paid in full, we felt that the hotel didn’t need updates on our eta. Upon check in they cancelled our reservation and made the checkin difficult. The staff also harassed and bothered my husband while he was trying to slee before 17 hr road trip.
The heat in the room was really unsteady. Too hot. Too cold. Very light blankets. Also the breakfast was pretty small.
The hotel is one of the only ones in the area so because of this I believe they don't care as much to take better care of it because travelers don't have very many options. The staff is usually friendly and very helpful. The breakfast needs to be upgraded to more of a fresh meal with options such as eggs, sausage, bacon, oatmeal, etc.
