Beds were nice and comfortable, friendly staff and very clean! Enjoyed breakfast as well

The hotel room was not clean. There was rice on the sofa bed upon pulling it out. The bathroom was dirty as if it wasn’t cleaned prior to our arrival. We brought it to the front desk attention, they acknowledged but didn’t bother to send housekeeping. The just provided us with additional sheets for the sofa bed. We used their shuttle to get to the airport. During loading, I let the driver know that my suitcase was heavy and assisted him with loading. During unloading our luggage, he attempted to lift it himself and dropped it causing the wheel to break. He just said “oh” and continued unloading, slamming the rest of the luggage in the ground as well. Yes, they have wheels but shouldn’t be slammed on the ground like that. I called the front desk who transferred me to the manager who I called 3 times and never got a response back from. The front desk always had an excuse as to when I didn’t get called back, whether it was she was doing interviews or she was busy. One receptionist said they usually don’t pay back for broken luggage, they give you points. I refuse to stay with them at all in the future. We stayed from June 11th to June 13th and have yet to have any type of response via phone. I’m so mad I erased the pictures of the room.

Make sure you ask what the price is at the desk. You will end up paying twice as much and they won’t tell you. You question it and the won’t reimburse you for it. Diamond member and now will book with another brand.

Nice but the roads need to be updated

Terrible experience. The hotel is not one that i would recommend to nobody. The room smell was bad. It was not clean properly when i check in. The a/c doesn’t work properly, if you want to be sweating during your sleep is up to you. I was in the need to buy a fan to get some rest . I will recommend to find another nearby hotel. For me it was a complete waste of money.

My stay at this hotel was one of the worse stays I have ever had in my life. I was there for my daughter’s 9th birthday and the rooms were infested with bugs! Seen two bugs in the bed!!! -100/10 would not recommend the stay was rude unprofessional and accommodating don’t ever go to they hotel they need to exterminate!!!
