The staff were very helpful and pleasant. The location was excellent. The appearance of the hotel, both inside and outside is very good. Dinner was excellent and the service was great.

One bottle of “complimentary “ water in a twin room. Not impressed by that. Also one dressing robe! It seems rather mean not to supply enough milk, coffee etc for two people to have at least one drink.

Facilities and location

The staff at the reception is polite but seems inefficient at times: 1. Unanswered phone calls, even from the room. 2. No TPG travel card. Have stayed there on multiple occasions. Every time the same story - I have to send multiple requests and only get consideration once at the reception counter. In Geneva, the guests are entitled to receive the travel card the day before the actual arrival. Moving forward, please, send me the link in advance without having to beg you. The Warwick is a 4* establishment and deserves a better reception service.

Great location with a clean and quiet room - great view. Staff very friendly and airconditioning great.

We asked for a twin room and would have preferred beds to be properly separated from each other. Having a shower in a bath not as nice as just modern shower. One bottle of water for 2 people per day and only one coffee capsule each per day seemed a bit stingy for a higher class room.
