Loved the location and its proximity to the station and to the main areas of Geneva..very polite staff..

Excellent staff and bell man. Top notch professionalism and grace. We enjoyed our family room set up. It was perfect for our needs. Wish we could have stayed more nights. Also, one of the most things—the rooms have air conditioning!!

Good 4 Star Hotel in very convenient location. The higher up Seaview rooms have a fantastic Panorama of the French Alps.

Localisation Entrée avec l’escalier

Pas d’eau froide au robinet, mince filet , de ce fait l’eau de la bouche et du lavabo était bouillante Impossible de se doucher Je l’ai annoncé le matin du départ, on ne m’a même pas proposé une réduction… Le repas du soir était mauvais Le tiramisu ne ressemblait à rien , pas de forme , une espèce de bouillie
