Riverside Hotel

Great location. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Friendly staff, nice rooms, lovely pool area, Boat House had very nice food and drinks with a relaxed atmosphere. Convenient in site parking. Great location next to the river.

Parking expensive but then I feel if you book a hotel you should have a parking space too.

The hotel was great, and the location was perfect.

The customer service was lacking. From the front desk staff to the dining in the Wild Sea restaurant. They were not friendly at all, especially the front desk. We did not feel welcomed at all. They could have at lrast smiled at us. The restaurant staff kept us waiting on several occasions/instances. We ate breakfast there twice. Oh, and the avocado toast is the worst I've ever had. There was too much lemon juice, and the description stated it was "lemon scented." The consistency was like it was put in a blender. The chef should be ashamed. Actually the customer service was very disappointing almost everywhere we went. Other than that, we enjoyed the hotel and the location.

The location was excellent. The room was beautiful . As was the whole hotel And lovely staff .

I didn’t like the fact that you had to pay for parking as it wasn’t cheap to stay there.

Me and my husband stayed at The Riverside couple time , we love it ! The rooms are renovated and they looks great . The pool area and Gym are amazing!!! The bar by the pool food and drinks r great. Also the front desk person, his name is Quinto , he was absolutely amazing, very nice , professional and helpful . Excellent customer service!!! We will stay there again soon !
