During one my countless stays for the last 7 years, my recent stay from March 27th until April 11th, I had again the third incident with Michael, the receptionist in his 60s. After my reservation and check-in by a lady at reception, I walked away a few steps, and he said, ‘F*** him TWICE, don’t make a reservation for him.’ Other guests were shocked too. I have no previous issues with him, and I suspect discrimination. Management pls adress this issue already. Regards

We decided to splurg and treat ourselves to this lovely hotel. It was one of our best decisions. The staff and setting are fantastic. We ate dinner outdoors at the pub. Wonderful food. Breakfast this morning in the wild oasis restaurant. We stayed in the tower section on the 9th floor with an extraordinary view. We are so happy we splurged celebrating our 60th anniversary

The location was fantastic - right on Las Olas Blvd and easy access to everything. The room was large and very comfortable and the hotel had the loveliest staff - would definitely recommend and would stay again.
