Riverside Hotel

Great check-in - hotel room is lovely (stayed the tower). Great. area for shopping and eating. Front desk is so helpful and pleasant.

I very much enjoyed my stay at Riversdie Hotel. The location was perfect. However, when I checked in, the hotel required me to authorize a $100 charge on my credit card. I asked why I was authoring the charge. I was told it would be used to cover any incidental charges I might incur. When I checked out, there was a $25 charge ($28.25 with taxes) per night to cover the drink ticket I was given. This is a HIDDEN CHARGE that guests pay without any disclosure. I did have a satisfying Fish and Chips lunch served by the bartender, Deb.

The hotel is lovely with spacious rooms. Its location on the river but close to shopping was ideal. I left some items in the room safe and the front desk took good care of them and promptly sent them back to me. I would definitely book again!

Wonderful hotel, have stayed at Riverside several times, and have found the staff outstanding. Special recognition goes to Quinto who was so friendly, professional and provided a warm welcome. Bars, coffee shops, and adjacent restaurants provide everything you need for a wonderful stay. If I had to think of one suggestion, it would be that complimentary brewed coffee in the beautiful lobby would be most welcome.

Hotel en kamer verouderd. Lamp in de badkamer hing er af, ijskast viel uit elkaar. Kamer was ook niet geheel proper: kruimels, koffiezetapparaat vuil, insecten

Mostly beautiful hotel with many nice rooms and also some rooms that need updated. Many restaurants on this property or very close by on hotel property. Hotel's front staff are very friendly and very helpful. I even got a discount card for the Carrie B Cruise Boat Line a block from the Riverside Hotel, to cruise on the New River. How fun was that and meeting lots of people. This hotel is a very nice place and so close to shopping and all kinds of restaurants right next door. Eating outside on the sidewalks and on their extended porches was wonderful! A lovely pool right by the River and the Boat House Restaurant. The food and drinks are a bit on the pricey side, but very tasty. Definitely I would recommend this hotel and it does have shuttle service to the cruise port, not the airport, but will call a taxi or Uber for their guests.
