Teaneck Marriott at Glenpointe

We recently stayed at the Teaneck Marriott Glenpointe and had the pleasure of being helped by Marlon at the front desk. From the moment we arrived, his professionalism, warmth, and genuine desire to help stood out. Our reservation was booked through a third-party travel agency, which normally means Platinum members like us lose all elite benefits. Marlon immediately understood the situation and went out of his way to ensure we still received the full Platinum experience, and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Marlon’s kindness and dedication turned what could have been a disappointing arrival into a truly memorable and positive experience. He represents the very best of Marriott hospitality. This hotel is friendly, updated and clean. Staff were very friendly. Sid at the front desk was very accommodating at check in with a welcoming sense of humor. Great option. Would definitely go back. You won't go wrong at this location.

As a regular guest at this hotel, I can confidently say that Sid is one of the main reasons I keep coming back. Every time I walk through the doors, he greets me with the same kindness, friendliness, and genuine charm that makes the entire place feel like a second home. He’s incredibly personable and always a pleasure to talk to. The kind of front desk professional who remembers you, treats you with respect, and makes you feel valued every single visit. Sid is consistently accommodating and impressively intelligent, handling every request with ease and a warm smile. His presence elevates the entire guest experience, and it’s rare to find someone who brings this level of care and authenticity day after day. Sid is truly a standout, and the hotel is lucky to have him.

I stay at this hotel at least twice a month so I’m a regular here. This property is absolutely amazing and I consider it a home away from home. Debra at the front desk is friendly and accommodating. When it’s time for dinner there’s nothing better than Pancetta. John, Jose Biznek and many others are top shelf.

SID the front desk receptionist/concierge was amazing he was so kind and compassionate when he found out that we were there for my grandmas funeral with family. He made sure to check on us everyday to see how we were doing and answer any questions we had. Marriott at Glenpointe is lucky to have him as their employee.

Sid did a great job checking me in and alerting me to the hours of the restaurant/bar - I was arriving late and would have missed out on dinner without him! Great service!
