I just wanted to say how much I enjoy the Starbucks staff at your hotel! I always have the best greeting. Especially at most it is alway when I wake and grab my coffee and to get such a lovely experience is the BEST. I can say today with all my travel you don’t much get that with how the world is today. Melissa is absolutely a sweetheart and I appreciate her and her drinks to me are spot on! LOVE how positive and kind she is and also her expertise in her field! I also just met Hannah who was most kind and very lovely. Also very personable and makes me feel happy coming in. Please thank them very much for how they take care of me. My afternoon staff Leudis and Harold - how kind are they? Seriously great personalities and such a joy to come in and chat with. It makes my day…because I too am in the Customer Service business and it is AWESOME when you find great people,e who know their job and delivery it exceptionally well. Please let if allowed those employees they are special and alway make my day when I am staying there. Thank you so much and for the great service and yummy drinks I always receive from them all❤️

We celebrated a birthday dinner for my hubby at Pancetta Kitchen and Wine Bar in the Marriott Hotel, in Teaneck NJ, and we were extremely impressed. Friendly staff through and through...our server Monica was absolutely the best, very professional, friendly, kind and attentative to all our needs. The meal prepared by chef Pedro was also delicious. l had Salmon and my husband had pan fried chicken, all prepared to perfection. My husband had Tiramisu for dessert which was so delicious. Our cocktails prepared by Besnik in the bar, were also delicious. Everything was absolutely top notch! Thank you for making this diner such a memorable event.

Location. Comfortable bed

Computers were down, problem checking in. Our room needs attention. Outlet in bathroom not working, drying hair in bedroom by coffee maker. Shower diverter not operating properly, half shower half tyb, and tub didn't drain well, filling around ankles while showering. Also $80 more per night than Hampton Inn (in same complex) and NO free breakfast. Not a good deal. Overpriced

Debra makes time on the road extremely easy - always very accommodating at check in or mid-stay. Look forward to my next stay here.

Remote needed batteries

We ate at the restaurant and found the food very good. But outstanding was our server Eltra. She was personable and attentive.

We always stay there when visiting that area. Rooms are large and restaurant is very good. We want to thank Helen, Sid and Emily for addressing our needs and concerns during our recent stay.

Our stay was excellent from start to finish. The staff which included Joel, Randy, Ann, Eltra, Jazmin, Monica, Debra, Yonance and all front desk staff were warm, welcoming! Joel was attentive to all our needs. Joel’s friendliness and genuine care made our stay memorable. The rooms were clean, comfortable bed and amenities were a bonus. Highly recommend anyone looking for comfort and a stress free experience!
