Staff so accommodating and super helpful!

I made a Mother’s Day High Tea reservation through the hotel website. Even though I made the reservation through the “Tea” webpage, when my family arrived we were told tea had ended two and a half hours sooner, and when I showed my confirmation, they could only offer me left overs from the afternoon tea. The hotel restaurant took next to no responsibility for the fiasco. My wife was denied a Mother’s Day treat through a booking error which was the hotel’s fault. I will never go to their “high tea” again.

I was traveling with my dogs and the hotel was exceptional. Provided beds and bowls for them. Most hotels “allow” pets, but this hotel made my dogs feels like guests as well.

Nothing. Location, staff, the rooms, and the food were great.

I took my daughter for a night during her spring break to celebrate her great report card. Everyone was incredibly welcoming and the whole stay was absolutely perfect. They left treats and a card signed by the hotel staff in the room for my daughter to congratulate her on her great job in school. She was over the moon about this special treatment! We really enjoyed visiting the vault for snacks, the pool, and the amazing complimentary coffee and hot chocolate drinks! We hope to return again some day!

Excellent experience, especially with room service. I had all sorts of special requests, and Rachid was so quick and helpful accommodating all of it. Club sandwich is delicious and highly recommend it. Honestly all the food is wonderful!
