that I didn't stay here. even though I tried. maybe I'll meet them next time.

My expectations were high for this hotel and what I got was a Holiday Inn express stay. Not sure how this hotel is rated at 5 stars, when I had no greeting card in room, no kids robe which was suppose to be set up prior to check in and it had big mildew stain on tub which I’ve never seen in any hotel room ever. Literally took 2 hours to get a robe to go to the pool which is just appalling. The room got switched but regardless it was just old at this point and worth 1/2 what I paid for per night. Apple by pool was most rancid Apple I’ve ever had, was mushy, bland and disgusting. People working there were polite and nice but it’s the Hotel high ups I’d blame for this. I have never done a hotel review but this place was something else.

It is very disappointing to stay in Four Seasons Hotel and not to have the most basic items in the room. Since when Four Seasons started saving money on sleepers, q-tips and shower caps? It is a shame not to provide such basic items to a guest after charging north of $1,000 per night. Service in the lobby lounge and breakfast were very slow

This place is super clean and the food is excellent

Very nice but a bit pricey. Big room, smelt like previous incumbents had smoked in it so needed to open the window or you could smell it. Otherwise great. Would recommend it for sure, and great staff, but not that room!
