"Love the location but the non existent customer service and poor treatment on my second stay made it my last"

Great location!

The lady with highlights at the front desk was so rude- every single interaction. When I called to inquire about check out she hung up on me. I will never be back because of the way I was treated, and my wife was ready to leave that evening.
