"Worst Hyatt I've Stayed In"

This place is pretty bad compared to other hotels I've stayed at in the area. The fruit is poured directly out of a can. The hot items are more lukewarm and stale, and options are limited. The carpet in my room looked like someone got shot and bled out on the floor - very badly stained. The only good things I can mention is that the bed was pretty comfortable and the WiFi worked well. However, I wouldn't choose to stay there again if I have any say in the matter.

the hotel is very outdated hotel. It almost look like is dirty. Staff was super nice but they seem to want to do the minimum amount of effort during breakfast, dirty dishes while they were on their phones.

It was close to venue Most of the staff were helpful with needs. Nice strong it & good pressured shower.

No microwave in room. Low/no stock on items displayed for sale. False advertising- a place called the Pantry is NOT open but they have signs for it.
