Just how it looked.

The staff was very rude and a little racist.

The first room I went in was not clean. It still had trash in it. I had to wait for my second room on top of that they charge me a $50 fee and they can’t explain what the $50 was for.

Location. Rooms were big. Good breakfast

The pool was broken and no one notified our group. Party room was not set up.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Bed is comfy

The fact that we picked a room on booking.com and called the property to make sure ahead of time that everything was good, which I was assured everything was ok. When we showed up we get our room key head up to our room and when we got there it was a double full room and we had picked and reserved a king suite. When I called the front desk I was told that when booking online you promised a room but not exactly the one that you picked when I looked on the website. The double full is also the same price but I put specifically in notes that it was our anniversary to keep us away from children. The first double full room had a hall full of children. A woman look like she had brought four kids and they had two different rooms right next to us and then it was loud and crazy. So I asked if we could somehow get a different room with the King and he said that he would see what he could do that there was a king room available but he had to see it get inspected first which took 4 and 1/2 hours. So we went shopping. We went and got dinner and then we came back and still had to wait in a room that we couldn't unpack. We couldn't get comfortable. We couldn't take a shower. It was very frustrating and not a great start to our anniversary weekend. But after we got into our room and could unpack and it was the right room, we had a great time. The breakfast is wonderful. The staff is very nice. Just the fact that the room that you select isn't the one that you can actually get doesn't make sense and I think that should be made aware to everyone

Hotel was close to hospital. Spouse had surgery and stayed 4 days. Was convenient, front desk was helpful, good breakfast. Only downfall was trash and room weren't cleaned in the time I was there. Otherwise it was a good experience.

Breakfast, was not bad, but everyday 90% the same. Coffee was very good. Orange juice was good too.

I didn't like smell in the elevators. Swimming pool wasn't very clean. There was looks like somebody was vomiting on parking lot, but nobody was cleaning it.

ROOM WAS GREAT, HAD EVERYTHING WE NEEDED.

As i tossed and turned at night, i felt crumbs in the bed. i was tired from a 10 hour drive and ignored it until morning. Then i looked further in the AM and found what looked like chocolate cookie crumbs just on my side of the bed, not my husband’s. The sheets looked and smelled clean, maybe the maid was eating while making the bed? I did tell the person at the desk in the AM, just for information. Also, the bathroom fan did not work. With such a small space that could be an issue.
