Breakfast was great. Room was spacious and beds were comfortable.

Room smelled strongly of chlorine. Carpet needs to be replaced or deep cleaned.

They overbooked the hotel my second room my booked had to move over to the Quality Inn the main lobby was filthy boxes in the hallway four was dirty wasn't hardly any creamer for the coffee must say I would read it five out of 10

Only the location.

I was very disappointed with my stay. Upon arrival, the room was noticeably dirty, and the door key kept deactivating on its own—making access frustrating. The front desk staff were unprofessional: often away from their posts, with no name tags, and offered no assistance when I inquired about the $33.93 charge that appeared on my credit card at 2 AM—not only was the charge unexplained, but the staff member laughed instead of taking it seriously. These issues—cleanliness, faulty key, poor service, lack of transparency—led to a deeply unsatisfactory experience, especially since I had paid the full amount upfront. I hope the management reviews these service failures and provides clarity or compensation to affected guests in the future.
