The property was local near the freeway for easy access with plenty of parking. The size of the room was great and the sectional and table was a nice touch.

The room we were given initially had soiled or stained sheets. The staff was nice and immediately changed the room. The room was not clean. Lots of dust/dirt behind doors and we found trash and foot in the sectional when preparing to use the sofa bed. Leaks in the halls awaiting maintenance actually dripped on my husbands head. The lighting in the halls we dem. Just not a great first stay with Hyatt.
