I stayed on one of the newly renovated floors, but the room still felt dated. The furniture was old and scratched, and the walls also showed signs of wear. I paid for a room with a Space Needle view, but I did not receive one. The hotel had an unpleasant old-house smell, especially in the lobby and hallways. The lobby was also very crowded most of the time, which made the overall atmosphere feel less relaxing. I would not recommend this hotel for guests who prefer modern hotels with a fresh, updated vibe. Another major disappointment was that the pool was closed, but we only found out after arriving at the hotel, even though the booking page still advertised it as available. Overall, the main issues were the unpleasant smell in the lobby and hallways, the dated furniture and walls, the missing Space Needle view, and the pool closure not being disclosed in advance.

It was very easy to get to and the valet parking made it very easy as well to bring a car in and park. The beds were comfortable and it was close to everything.

It's not always the best area because of the unhoused population but there's not a lot that can be done about that. There was also some water issues they had just been dealing with that caused the water to be brown which was a bit concerning and it was still running brown now and then. The elevators were also fairly slow because of the sheer volume of guests.
