"Friendly and well cared for."

We stayed one night. We had booked two beds through Trivago, but on arrival our reservation was for one King. As it is during Fifa, there were no rooms available with two beds. We stayed in a King room on the 15th floor. They provided us with complimentary drink and breakfast vouchers. The room was recently renovated, it was clean and well appointed. The staff were excellent throughout our stay.

Good location, comfy beds, not noisy, good breakfast

Rooms are tired, not all the lifts work, Restaurant seemed understaffed causing long waits. Our room wasnโ€™t cleaned after the first night
