"No power and no Internet for several hours"

I stayed at this hotel for business. One night late in the evening it was raining and the power went out, briefly came back on and then went out again for several hours. Hotel administrator announced through a loudspeaker that this is due to a "City-wide power outage". The Internet was not working as well. In addition, I was very noisy well after eleven PM, but nothing was done to enforce "after 10 pm quiet time" My colleagues stayed in another hotel near by, and there was no power outage in their hotel... When I complained to the administrator the next day she did not make any attempts to apologize and when I told her that next time I will not stay at Hyatt, she simply stated: "You are welcome"...

"My Favorite Hotel"

Great hotel! They go out of their way to meet your needs, and front desk always wonderful! Huge tv's in room. Clean, safe. Easy access to floors, even if you want to use the side stairs close to your parking. I've always had a positive experience here. And I believe the parking is free too. Big plus.
