Mix up at check in-no hot tub-tv didn’t work had to change rooms-said there was a restaurant and bar not true-no telephone in room-breakfast on Friday was not very good.

We got to the hotel and they did not have our king suite that I had already booked and paid for. They were all taken. We stayed in a standard room that was not at a discount. They said they would bring a rollaway bed as it was a one bed room. They did not and we had to call down later in the evening for them to bring it. Furthermore, they brought sheets and pillowcases but no extra pillows or a blanket. The next night we were in what was still not the correct room but it was a king suite with a jacuzzi. The jacuzzi was dirty and the room smelled musty and moldy and it aggravated my asthma. Also, one of the windows was open a bit with the air conditioning on. It was even hotter in there because of that.

We first walked in to smell a mix of mold, mildew, and cigarette. In addition, when walking around on the floor with shoes on, you could just hear the sound of shoes peeling off of sticky stuff. When I went into the bathroom, I could tell I was not taking my shoes off; hair and dirt all over the floor, mold on the shower curtain, bugs in the sink. Finally, it was time to lay down to go to bed. Sheets had dirt and stains all over them. Not only that, but the bed sounds like it has never been replaced and/or is over 20 years old. Any movement meant a shrill squealing noise. The matress was sunk in at the middle and super hard, as well as the three pillows. That was all for cleanliness. Our window would not close all the way, meaning someone could just break in and take our stuff (first floor). We also found that the outlets by the nightside table were not working. The lighting, poorly lit. Two desk lamps to light the room. At least the air conditioning worked, pretty much. The controls are on the wall, not the actual box. By the second day, I kept hearing dripping noises coming from it. I looked beneath it, aside from dust, dead bugs, and dirt, there was a puddle forming. One of the linoleum tiles was lifting, and there was either mold or mildew under there. Speaking of linoleum, our room had linoleum flooring throughout. I went up to a friend's room, and they had carpeting. Our TV had to be connected to our phones to work, which was difficult due to the inability to connect to the wifi/slow wifi. One of my favorite parts of hotels are the pools and hot tubs. The pool is much smaller than the images when searched show, and the hot tub is closed (also could probably only fit 3 or 4 people). Service wise: Cleaners came in on the third out of 5 nights. Only made one of the beds. There was still dirt and turf pellets (soccer tournament) on the ground, dirty towels, and my bed wasn't made. We had to ask them why and they said that there was stuff ony bed (a book and a few trading pins, both easily moveable). They didn't give an excuse for the towels or floors. We got a batch of storms that came through, so I asked if there was a storm shelter (most midwest hotels have them) and was given a response by someone (I would assume is a worker) "haha, the bathtub is the shelter." We didn't have a bath tub. Front desk: When we went to check out, we were waiting for a solid 15 minutes before anybody came out (no bell to ring or anything). Bright side, breakfast was pretty good with a variety of options (not to mention whipped cream and raspberry syrup). Overall, not very good for the $200+ usd cost per night. Oh, and if you're tall, good luck with the shower.

Nothing worked in the room, microwave broken, cook top not working.. No return calls from manager, Expedia is no help. Personal things where missing, and there’s no security or do they care.

The property is very clean and well sanitized

It was close to the Clinic we had appointments at.

The air conditioner didn’t work. It never got below 80 in the room. We didn’t get to a room until 10 PM and I assumed it would cool off quickly. When it didn’t, It was too late to change rooms. The toilet stopped functioning in the morning and would not flush. The door to the room had large gaps in the frame wide enough that I could put my fingers through it at some points, so it did not feel safe or secure at all. I noticed this at about 3:00am when I got up to use the restroom and saw all the light shining through the door frame. It was so bad I thought we had forgotten to close the door entirely, but it was closed, locked with the boot and the additional security bar thingy. It was the middle of the night, so we were not going to change rooms at that point.

I had to ask to switch rooms. It wasn’t cleaned and smelled like food. Then I checked out early and asked to get reimbursed and I was told to contact Expedia. I had an allergic reaction and a rash all over my eyes. Towels didn’t seem clean and room was dusty and probably the pet dander that I was reacting to. AC unit old and Issues with it. Spoke with Ash and he said to call Expedia after he had agreed to give us a partial reinstatement

not super clean, a bit dates, loud guests, lots of unsupervised kids, small pool, uncomfortable pullout couch, thin blanket , no towel racks for bathrooms, cheap shampoo and soap, bottles were empty

Great room and bed, nice having mini kitchen. Same breakfast choices for 3 days straight and need BIGGER drink cups- shot glasses are bigger. No milk. Staff very nice
