Didn't acknowledge that Expedia changed my schedule to staying Sunday August 10 only. When I got home that evening I started having itch issues on my legs that continues to get worse due to bed bug bites. I have stayed many times over the past six years through construction etc. but never ever expected this to happen. They kept a extra nights payment, an not working with Expedia due to their own mistake not Expedia's.

We had two rooms and they were both dirty. I don’t mean just dust. There was trash under the beds sticking out and blood on the curtain. Mold in bathrooms. And people smoking weed and the smell was in the all hall way

10!!! The staff here was so nice and professional. The first few days I had someone above me that walk like a Clydesdale. The manager Linda her assistant Tami and their staff we're so good at being patient with me and move me to a room that was absolutely spectacular. The rooms are very clean. The breakfast area is spotless. The food was good. I'll probably be staying here for a couple more weeks and I'm sure my stay will be more than satisfactory. Thanks. Shannon

"Room unclean and loud event near room"

The rooms look updated but walls in bathroom were dirty and putty all over the wall. Before customers checkin I would make sure it’s ready. We are not fussy but to raise the bar, clean and make sure holes in walls are covered. We also were placed near an event room with band/DJ music and so loud.

"Was alright. Not the cleanest but worth the price"

Close to everything

Bathroom faucet was broken. Wall decor was missing. Room was relatively clean. TV channels quit working after 1am. Don’t know if it’s hotel or cable company so, it is what it is. Water was shut off in the morning. Girlfriend was able to shower but I wasn’t. Don’t know if it was scheduled or a pipe burst but, there was no compensation for this at all. If it was accidental, alright I get it. If it was scheduled, there should have been a warning or at least a discount.
