The Ritz-Carlton Dallas, Las Colinas

It is a very Beautiful hotel, You would expect a Rita Carlton tradition, but there are things that decrease the quality of your stay, For example, the Italian Restaurant Shake & Knife, it is not that good and pretentious. Tha amenities in the rooms are very por, just the essentiels, the quality of toilet paper is so cheap. On the other side, the pool área is super nice, agréable, fantastic! And the service for lunch in the pool área is magnificent!, Mackenzie, the wait res is so nice, efficent, and I had the best greensalad with shrimps, just with olive oil and grilled lemon, made by Chef David Olmos, he desertes a spécial mention. Also the concierge, cannot remember her ñame, a lady from Turkey, was wonderful.

This is a nice property with refreshed interiors and plenty of outdoor space. The rooms do not have black out window treatments. The plantation shutters let in far too much light for my preference. Also the noise from outside filtered up to the 6th floor. There were multiple business groups in the hotel and their events could be heard in my room when I was trying to sleep. There was rowdy behavior on my floor in the middle of the night which was intolerable but not the hotel’s fault. I was not impressed with the food and beverage. Hotel food is rarely exceptional but this felt below standard especially for the Ritz Carlton brand. The property only offers Pepsi products and selections in the honor bar and at the restaurant are extremely limited for non alcoholic beverages. Room service was particularly awful with high fees, poor selection, and inadequate service. The spa is large and although I did not take advantage of it, it looks quite nice. I think if you come to enjoy the golf, spa and pool it’s probably great. Just wasn’t for me as a business traveler.

A stellar property! We were celebrating 2 birthdays and everyone went above and beyond to make it special for my sister. This was her first experience in the RC Club Lounge and Steven, Susan, Anna, and Sharon went out of their way making us feel welcome and valued. Marriott can be proud of their employees at this property. Special shout out to Jason and Banu for going the extra mile.

10/10 Experience, I mean the building is wonderful and the valet team even better! Thank you to Michael Dixon, Andrew, Alex and Nikhi for making the entire experience perfect from pick up to dropoff aswell as thank you to Louis at the concierge I will definitely be staying again!!

Beautiful

The bathroom vents were making loud noises, resembling an animal stuck inside. An engineer was called at 1 AM, but unfortunately, he locked the bathroom door with our belongings inside while working on it. Upon further inspection, we noticed that the other vents in the room were extremely dirty (see attached pictures). We requested an upgrade, but the new room despite being labeled a "villa” was nearly identical, just in a different building. This room also had a plumbing issue, producing an intermittent, loud whale-like sound. : The gym itself was great but seemed oversold. As a hotel guest, I was surprised to find that I couldn’t use the locker room, which is a first for me. Instead, there was only a small bathroom stall for changing, with no bench or space to place belongings. Several hotel staff members entered our room unannounced an hour before our checkout time, which was unsettling. That said, I appreciated that they accommodated a late checkout, extending it from 11 AM to noon. When I checked out, I requested for our four bags to be taken to the concierge area. However, this was not done, and we nearly missed our Uber to the airport. I have concerns regarding the hotel's maintenance, the hotels filthy filters, the lack of proper changing room facilities, and the communication surrounding luggage handling. These areas need improvement to enhance the guest experience.

Large resort on the golf course, with rooms in the large main building and also in smaller villas next to the golf course. Quiet and peaceful atmosphere, spacious and comfortable place. My room in the « villas » had a nice peaceful view and a private terrace to relax.
