The Ritz-Carlton Dallas, Las Colinas

I cannot say enough wonderful things about our stay at The Ritz Carlton Las Colinas! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and cared for. Jason at the front desk was an absolute gem—so kind, thoughtful, and genuinely attentive to our needs. When they learned about my fiancé’s dog passing recently, they left a touching gift in our room as a condolence, which meant the world to us. The entire team was incredibly courteous, and the level of service was impeccable. The property itself is stunning, but it’s the people who truly make this place special. We’ll be back without hesitation—5 stars all the way!

We had a villa on the golf course and it was beautiful!

The nicest Ritz I’ve ever stayed at. Beautiful pool area, beautiful villas, beautiful dining room and outside fireplace sitting area was perfect. The staff is over the moon. So accommodating and friendly. Whatever we needed they made it happen and we seemed to have been very needy this trip traveling with an3 month old… We will definitely be back to Dallas and when we do we will definitely stay here again!

Very clean and good customer service

My husband and I went to Ritz-Carlton for an end of the year get away and to celebrate New Year’s Eve. When we got to the front desk to check in, we were welcomed with a great smile by one of the front desk staff who we found out later to be the Assistant Front Desk Manager. His name is Murad. Murad gave us a fantastic room. Very nice and comfortable. He made our check in experience a fantastic one. The first POSITIVE impression that he made on my husband and I helped to set the tone for our stay. After check in, we were ready at that point, to come back to the hotel the next time that we were in the Dallas area. That’s how good an impression, Murad made on us. Janelle, the Night Front Desk Manager made sure we had a great New Year’s Eve Celebration. She helped to make it VERY SPECIAL! Noah is anther front desk staff, that was always helpful with a smile, the other times that we needed assistance. Overall, the Ritz-Carlton Las Colinas, Front Desk Management Staff, offer superior customer service, to other resorts that we have stayed. They are very respectful, accommodating and always willing to help.

Not worth the price

Breakfast was good and liked the option of the coffee kiosk.
