The Hermosa Inn

The rooms were perfect but the staff was nothing less than amazing. We were 15 to 20 minutes from everything we wanted to do and the staff was very knowledgeable about the area. What we underestimated was Lon's (the on site resturant). We could had enjoy 3 meals a day!! We had a late flight and they let us use the grounds till it was time to head to the airport. A first class experience all round!!

Hermosa Inn’s handling of our stay was extraordinary for a luxury resort. Upon check-in for our two-night reservation, we were abruptly told to leave because we had a cat—despite their pet policy stating that pets under 50 lbs are welcome. Nowhere on their website or in our confirmation call was this restriction mentioned. With no attempt to resolve their mistake, we were forced to scramble for alternative accommodations. Staff showed no accountability, and management stayed in the background, avoiding the situation entirely. For a hotel that claims to offer luxury service, their lack of professionalism and basic customer care was astonishing and deeply disappointing- not living up to promise or reputation. For cat families: we were welcomed with open arms at nearby Mountain Shadows Resort and had an excellent (luxurious) stay there.

We always stay at The Hermosa when we are in the Phoenix Inn. Beautiful and comfortable.

The staff was plentiful and attentive! The areas lacking attention were cleanliness of the room (rug) and the bar. The cold water in 132 did not work and the furnishings were run down and dusty in the bar area.

Resplendent Southwestern oasis inside Phoenix’s Paradise Valley neighborhood—great ambiance and service! Lon’s restaurant and patio is quintessential Southwest and stunning. The people from housekeeping to servers and in between are dedicated and delightful. Thank You!

Didn't have breakfast. Ate at Lon's Last Drop Bar after arriving. Not as good as in the past.

Nestled in a quaint community in Paradise Valley, AZ, The Hermosa Inn is a relaxing retreat from the hustle and bustle of the Phoenix area, but close enough to easily access all the main attractions. The staff are helpful and friendly, and the landscaping creates a serene environment. The rooms are cozy and quiet, and a meal at LONs is a must. --- Whether you're a local or visiting from outside the area, be sure to consider The Hermosa Inn!
