The Hermosa Inn

It’s a nice resort, but needs some updating and added amenities.

If you are on the fence about where to stay in Scottsdale do yourself a favor and book this place. You will not be disappointed. It is truly beautiful everywhere you look. And Lon's restaurant and Lon's Last Drop are just THE place to eat and drink and soak up the beauty and charm of this place. In the evening hours it just becomes magical with the lush landscaping, fountains, fireplaces and beautiful lighting. The rooms are wonderful and have their own small gas lit fireplaces. It feels like you have your own little private casita and not just some boring hotel room. Every staff member we encountered was so kind and helpful. This world is sorely lacking in good customer service these days, however, you will not find that sort of apathy at the Hermosa Inn. The staff and service there were all truly exceptional. We will never stay anywhere else when we visit Scottsdale in the future.

We spent our wedding night at the Hermosa Inn. We love the environment at this hotel. Three years ago we had our third date at Lon's, having lunch on the patio at Lon's. Here we are three years later enjoying our wedding night and breakfast on the patio at Lon's..

The property itself was amazing but the staff (everyone we interacted with) was even more amazing!

A wonderful place to stay with a great restaurant, a good location to other attractions, with an attentive staff. The restaurant Lon’s was an easy pick for our first nights dinner. You can checkout bikes if you want a morning ride. The outdoor pool was open 24 hours and heated

The service, wherever we encountered the staff, was excellent, the food not so much. Felt overpriced and limited selection. Periods of peace and quiet interrupted by close by construction noise, often starting at 7am, continuing all day, including poolside.
