The Hermosa Inn

Tami was amazing, she went above and beyond with our request. The rooms are nice and cozy, everything was clean. It is really cute to see the rabbits and all the birds around the flowers. Their gardener does a great job. Directly behind our room was a staff room and they were really loud early in the morning. My partner forgot his key in the room and the reception would not let him inside, even though the whole trip was booked on his credit card. It was not possible to shut off the fan, and the TV cannot be connected to Netflix. We had to ask multiple times for the room to be cleaned.

This place knows how to make you feel special. The food in Lon's was outstanding. We live on the west side of Phoenix and would drive all the way back to eat here again. The bar staff was very friendly, the service in the Lon's was amazing and the room was charming. Hermosa Inn has customer service at its finest.

Lovely rooms, grounds, food, drink! Always a lovely, special stay with fabulous service! Lon's is a very special dining experience and the Last Drop has amazing cocktails and ambience!

Our stay at The Hermosa Inn was absolutely delightful! Our accommodation was private, peaceful, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The grounds are beautifully maintained, creating a serene and inviting atmosphere. Every staff member we encountered was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and eager to help. Dining at Lon's was a highlight—our meal was exceptional from start to finish, with beautifully presented dishes full of flavor. The desserts, in particular, were outstanding!

We’ve been married now 55 years. On previous anniversaries we’ve gone to Switzerland, Ireland, Germany and Canada. This year we did not want to travel far. We thought maybe we would celebrate with a nice dinner in Fort Worth. At last minute we booked two nights at The Hermosa Inn. We had eaten dinner at Lon’s on my birthday in February and loved our meals. Staying at The Hermosa Inn was special. Room was great, staff wonderful, dinner and breakfast at Lon’s was awesome. We will come back again.
