"okay maar zeker niet bijzonder"

personeel was vriendelijk. sommige veel meer dan anderen. en het lag centraal , prima voor waar we voor onze afspraken moesten zijn

badkamer en de klachtenbehandeling. Badkamer had geen aparte douche en dat vind ik niet zo prettig. en wat betreft de klachtenbehandeling: als ik s'-ochtends om 7 uur doorgeef dat de wc niet doorloopt en dat er weinig waterdruk is dan verwacht ik dat als ik om 5 pm terug het probleem is opgelost of dat er een andere oplossing is. Maar ik moest weer bellen en best lang wachten voordat ik terug kon naar mijn kamer. En mijn kamer was om 5 pm niet schoongemaakt

La mia camera, al quarto piano, era grande e spaziosa ma con un bagno molto piccolo, non in linea con le mie aspettative da un hotel 4 stelle.

Localisation parfaite et le forfait club était un plus pour notre famille. Propre et tranquille. Possibilité de louer des vélos sur place. Proximité de restos, épicerie, sites à visiter.

Le forfait plus: la cuisine a manqué de nourriture donc on a reçu un billet pour le resto mais le resto était plein donc on a du manger ailleurs :( le staff du resto n’était pas très accueillant. Lits inconfortables (trop mous).
