First of all let me say that the front desk staff were very accommodating and friendly. However, the room was very small. On arriving to our room there were 2 partially used rolls of toilet paper with no extra roll left. The towels are threadbare, the water would run hot to cold while using the sink. The one day we did get room service, our bed was not made and no extra Kleenex box was left even tho we were on our last few. We had to ask the front desk for refills. The breakfast selections were very slim. Not even bread for toast. 1 type of coffee option, no hot water or tea bags. The hotel is extremely overpriced for what you get. I would expect to pay less than $125 for a hotel like this. Note we came to breakfast before 7 am so it wasn’t like it was the end of service.

The staff were friendly and kind. The hotel is dated but clean. Our room smelled like a sweaty locker room. The shower had a very slow drain and dim lighting.

The staff and hotel were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean and affordable. Even breakfast was good and had lots of options. I really enjoyed my stay and plan on staying again in the future.

"No key cards"

4.0

Key card system wasn’t working so we never received a card to enter our room. We had to get someone from the front desk to let us in every time. Very frustrating.
