We are Malaysians and have visited many districts, but this hotel is among the worst we have ever stayed in. The room had a very bad smell, and the bed was broken. There were many cockroaches, which made it extremely uncomfortable and unhygienic—especially since we were staying with family. The situation became even worse because the heater was not working, and the customer service was unfriendly and unhelpful. Tv remote no battery! There is no proper parking for MPV vehicles, which is a big inconvenience for families. The breakfast was the worst, with very limited and poor-quality options. The price is similar to a 3-star hotel, but the facilities and service are far below even basic standards. This hotel does not deserve any star rating. The location may have aesthetic potential, but major improvements are urgently needed in cleanliness, maintenance, service quality, and overall management.
