Tue day time rceptionist cum supervisor was courteous and professional. This isbthe only part that is liked.

There were cockroaches and cockroach nymphs in the room and in the bathroom. The housekeeping and service staff just don't seem to bother. My government issued ID card had to be returned to me at the room as per the words of the daytime receptionist. Instead, it was kept on some rack in the office by the service staff member. Upon asking, the casual reply was 'will do later', and he went back to chat with his colleagues. Calls to the reception were unanswered in the evening. The property advertises free WiFi, but the access point details are unavailable in the room.I had to walk down to the reception to ask for a hot water switch after nobody answered the call even after 4 rings. The night-time supervisor argued that nobody was speaking at the other end. Overall, the stay was disappointing. The property is not close to the railway station as advertised. The payment terms were wrongly advertised as 'pay at property'. There was a payment demand sent to my WhatsApp number immediately after booking confirmation was received from Booking.com. The breakfast is served at the adjacent property, and that too only after 8 AM. Thus, it could not be availed due to scheduled departure at 8:50 AM by train. I would never recommend this place for family stay.
