Nothing at all

They cancelled my reservation without notice after i already called and booked ahead and got confirmation. Then when they tried to “accommodate us”, they booked us Friday to Saturday when our original booking was from Friday to Sunday. The breakfast was nasty. It smelled like dog pee. The nearest elevator was down. Staff was rude especially the manager.

This hotel was relatively close to where I needed to be. It fared well through the hurricane. But there was no refrigerator or microwave, a fact I didn't think to check on when booking. Due to the hurricane there was very little breakfast on Monday and there was a group of 6 children there without any adults, taking almost everything available.

"Horrible staff - low life scum bag trashy thieves"

Robbed me. Bad customer service. Very unhelpful. Rude. Terrible with people. Dishonest. Liars. How did this lady make manager ? Replace her immediatly. She is not qualified.
