Facilities were clean and the staff was friendly. There were lots of plugs in the room for devices which is hard to come by in older properties. The shower was good with good water pressure

Lots of plastic and non recyclable items - no glassware in the room. The A/C unit was not able to keep the room cool enough and it's unclear if it was even set to the right temperature. The bed was not very comfortable although the pillows were good. The counter in the bathroom was really high and I had to stand on my tiptoes to wash my face. The toilet paper was cheap. We almost bought better TP at Wegmans

Your a tourist and want location as a priority for your stay, this hotel could not be better in Rochester. Modern and in great condition, you can rest on a firm after walking the nostaligic neighborhood full of museums and good restaraunts.

This hotel is beautiful and what a great staff. Gwen was so helpful and informative. The rooms are spacious with comfortable beds. Love the balcony! The staff welcomes you in and the cookies are a great idea as we arrived after a 7 hour drive. Hotel also has a great restaurant. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and many places to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee. Easy to walk to museums and dining options and cute shops. Easy drive to highway to get to other areas; very convenient location.
