They upgraded our room for us for free since it was the night of our wedding.

Housekeeping walked into our room without knocking over an hour before our check out time and this was the day after our wedding. We submitted feedback via Hilton and sent a message back to the manager when she requested additional feedback but we never heard back after that. We even reached out to the front desk about the additional feedback saying the manager would get back to us in the next few days and they never did.

Convenient location. Rooms were clean. Housekeeping staff were friendly and willing to provide services (additional towels) when requested. Restaurant was very good. All staff members were friendly and helpful!

Was charged for smoking and pet hair. 1. Don’t travel with an animal. There is video proof the hotel has when I entered and exited the building. 2. I haven’t smoked in my 37 years of living. I left the room immaculate like I always do when leaving a hotel. I travel all the time not once have a hotel charged me for fake incidentals. Be aware when staying here. I even took pictures upon checking out.
