The Riverstone Hotel

My stay went well.

The hotel is sitting in a rural part of town not in busy high traffic area.

Nothing negative to say.

I consistently choose to stay there due to positive past encounters.

Staff very polite

Very efficient staff was assigned a ground floor room in a very quiet area. Great staff.

Stains on both bed’s comforters. Mattress was terrible. Wasn’t much in the area and we were tired. We took a chance. Can’t expect much for $60 a night, but a stain free comforter is a low bar. Drive to Mount Vernon or Memphis for more selection, like I wish I had.

Front desk staff was poor staff was on her personal phone the entire process wont stay again

Convenient location off the highway.

Dirty and unkempt with a terrible smell. Long black hair on the towel and in the shower. Beds were terribly uncomfortable and sank in the middle. At prices over $100 per night, I expected better.

The beds were comfortable.

It was a smoking room and smelled bad. The tub was stained. The chair for the desk was broken. Half of the outlets didn't work.
