Absolutely nothing

The non smoking room smelt so bad of smoke that I damn near threw up as soon as I walked in. The toilet seat was falling off. The tub was disgusting. The walls had paint chipping off of them and were stained. The bathroom was disgusting and discolored.

I rented a room via Hotels.com. Was supposed to be non smoking as my partner has astma and i simply cant stand cigarette smoke. The room smelled AGGRESSIVELY of smoke, and seeing the type of folx that were renting as well as the premises, i doubt theres a single room there that hasnt been smoked in. The room was quite disgusting, weird stuff smeared on the walls, mirror looked like theyd used a nasty old towl to "clean" it, the lampshade was smashed, burnt inscense sticks wedged behing the headboard, odd colored crap smeared on the bathtub. We immediately went to the front desk and asked for a non smoking room. They said they had nothing else available, but offered a refund. Said all i needed to do was call expedia and let them know, that they would in turn call them and they'd give them the verification. I called first thing the next morning and they denied my refund even though we hadnt spent even 10 minutes there. Very angry at being lied to and ripped off.

Arrived @ 9:30 pm with confirmed reservation. Rudely told by snotty clerk as I walked into lobby “No room”. I said I have a confirmed reservation. He replied “ All rooms sold, your reservation canceled. No offer to assist with another room elsewhere, no apologies, nothing. Ancient two story , exterior room doors, Bates hotel with Criminsl minds overtones! Creepy clerk, No service! Listing on Expedia totally misleading!!!

Bed was semi comfortable and squeaked everytime I moved. Tv barely worked. Lots of yelling from other rooms.

I liked that it was affordable

I did not like all the trash and stuff through the halls and the smell of the weed in the air when I was walking to my room from the people staying there . I did not like the beds they were very hard and uncomfortable. The area was a little sketchy but the rate for the room was good and it was just a place to lay my head for the night .
