Mold in the bathroom. Non Smoking room reeked of cigarette smoke. Party in the parking lot loud music. Totally disgusting!!

no coffee maker, no hair dryer, filthy, noisy guests, smoke alarm no cover or batteries, 3 tables for breakfast afraid to eat breakfast because of the filth.

In the breakfast area the Garbage was overflowing, a couple of the juices were just water & no one was around the hole time.

The smell of the room was bad & the 1st room we were given had the smoke alarm beeping so we had to go back to the lobby & they gave us a different room that was up stairs when we needed a ground floor room. The receptionist was not at all apologetic about this as well as I saw a mouse in the lobby.We will for sure not be back.

Only good thing was hot water

Beds were dirty and got a new room. Watched staff go in old room and barely looked at beds and walked out. Feel bad for whoever got that room next. Towels were dirty and stained

Supposed to have a no smoking room, doir of room even had a sign. Room smelled like an ashtray, was a cigarette burn on the toilet seat, and on the sheets. Nothing looked clean. There was mold in the shower curtain and mystery stains on the bed

The room was clean and quiet other people stay here too
