Your staff...each shift were superior...Even in the background while they were just with each other..( no business taking place) they were kind to each other....never heard a vulgar word..just good sounds AND TRULY this matters even when people think they dont care.

Out the back door...though it was totally the fault of guests ..their smoking table was just toʻ close to tbe door..It was a little uncomfortable.. HOWEVER...This is not your staffs fault...perhaps management should "manage" this better
