La ubicacion y las vistas. La limpieza del recinto y en especial del apartamento, todo impecable! La tranquilidad del sitio y la cercania a la playa y comercios.

Lo unico, que dos o tres dias no funciono el jacuzzi.

It’s very nice to see these apartments refurbished. It’s really an improvement, but why not go that little bit further down the road in order to make guest more satisfied, now they were at it anyway. I always recommend the owner to try to stay for a few days themselves in the apartments they let out to see and feel what’s missing and not working well.

The apartment listed on booking.com is identified as the upper unit, number 301. It’s not clear in the advertising that guests might get one on the second floor, like 203, which is a dissimilar experience, when looking out the terrasse window. I complained and got 302 instead. More hangers in the closets are needed, to be able to make a use of those big closets made for hangers, as there are not many shelfs. There are two hooks located inside the shower cabin in the bathroom. It might be better to move them outside, as towels tend to get wet when left inside the cabin. If you prefer to use your own shampoo or soap, there's currently no designated spot for them except on the floor In the hallway a few hooks for outdoor jackets would be really appreciated as there is no place to hang clothes, when you have used up the 15 hangers in the closets. The kitchen utilities are new and attractive; however, it is standard practice for quality holiday apartments to provide twice the number of plates, cutlery and glasses as there occupants

Mooi gerenoveerd. Alles nieuw en schoon en prima bedden. 3x per week handdoeken wissel. Locatie perfect met uitzicht op boulevard,duinen en zee

Modern appartment, basic kitchen included electric plates, microwave & fridge - ground floor room had direct access to the pool area. Overall, 7 minute walk to Cita & similar to beach - although it was down a few steps so not great for less able guests or those with mobility issues. But great, quiet and modern location - would stay again.

I would have liked to get the football - La Liga, Premier League & Champions League on the TV but those channels were not available.
