Swimming pool and location.

The property is located between 2 huge construction sites, noise is enourmous, from early in the morning, whole day. You hear hammer drill as they would drill next to you. They are not going to finish it anytime soon. Our child could not sleep. Personnel exceptionally rude. The receptionist was pulling out remote from my hands, with full power, since he thought I took it from other room. I did not feel safe. Insects everywhere. Construction dust. And the most disgusting - drain smell - you need a gas mask!

normalt er det meget roligt og fredeligt men i år renoverede de 2 hoteller bagved og 1 hotel foran arbejdet startede klokken 8 om morgenen til 18 med at rive fliser ned der var så meget larm så man ikke kunne sidde udenfor og der var støv flere steder 6 dage om ugen

Jó elhelyezkedés, tiszta szép apartman. Csak a szélső apartmanoknak van igazán jó kilátása a dűnékre is, de a tengert azért lehet látni minden emeleti erkélyről. Közel a tengerparti sétány és a dűnék. A személyzet kedves / összességében tetszett!

Szag a fürdőben. Építkezés a szomszédban /de ez ellen nem lehet tenni - hamarosan (gondolom 2025-ben) véget ér.

Excellent location and (if neighbour buildings are not renovating) a quiet area.

Badezimmer roch oft nach Kanalisation. Leider seid der Renovierung wenig Ablagemöglichleiten im Appartement und im Badezimmer.

There was a persistent problem with the sanitation. It was obvious that somewhere in the sewer, the waste products were not leaving the apartment block. This resulted in an unimaginable smell of fermented fish and faeces that eminated from the lavatory. In order to sleep I had to keep the door to the bathroom shut and also put the air conditioning on at full blast to expel the rancid smell. If I had to visit the bathroom in the middle of the night, this would then result in breathing in the foul stench. Obviously in the morning I then had to contend with this while cooking my breakfast in the adjoining kitchen. I complained to the cleaners numerous times and they were very helpful, putting disinfectant down the loo and spraying the room. Also as a result the maintenance team came to fix the problem on a number of days but this was to no avail as the problem was obviously sourced with whatever dysfunctional sewage infrastructure that serves this newly built block. I would not even expect the local council would sign this off as being hygenic and safe. Definitely not worth the money.
