Bit tired - few fixes would have made a huge difference. Gym equipment broken, shampoo and condition broken off the walls etc.

The staff harassed us over my husband's service dog and told us we had to remove her from the property. I reminded them it's the law not to refuse service dog. It's a shame such a beautiful hotel with a nasty GM and evening staff at check in.
