"double charged and hotel refused to resolve"

I was double charged by this hotel; once on booking.com, and once using the credit card I provided in-person for incidentals. The hotel does not have an email address listed on their website, so I called them. They verified the in-person payment, but said I would need to have booking.com call them to provide documentation of the payment on booking.com. Despite contacting booking.com with documentation of both payments, the charge was not ever reversed, so I had to file a credit card disupte.

Me and my family experience @ Residence Inn, down town Atlanta was phenomenal!!we love our 2 days stay, ,were very relaxed my Granddaughter fell in love she wanted to stay linger, the Buffet breakfast was delicious!! Compliments, to the chef, I overall experience was delightful 🙂...

We, caught a Uber there ! We was not impressed,! We were in the cold for a few minutes, I'm the front of Residence Inn, so we found our way to the front being first time was. a challenge, at the end was amazing experience....
