Room was well set up and comfortable. We stayed on 20th floor and had a lovely view. Clerk at check-in was friendly and offered us bottled water. Valet service was quick and efficient.

Breakfast crew was understaffed. One poor lady was responsible for keeping everything stocked and filled. But the day we were there was a very busy day and everything kept running out. Hotel guests were getting a little impatient as they had to wait and breakfast was a bit chaotic. But I felt bad for the serving woman. She was doing the best she could. Problem could have been resolved with more help.

Friendly staff. Great location. Clean, comfortable room.

Reserved 2 junior suites. I assume due to over booking, had to settle for 1 suite & 1 garden on different floor. No towels or wash clothes in suite.
