"It is a great hotel and I would stay there again even though the breakfast was not as good as other hotels."

Hotel Bristol Zurich’s biggest strength is undoubtedly its location. It is within easy walking distance of Zurich HB (the main railway station), which makes it extremely convenient for travellers arriving by train or planning day trips across Switzerland. The hotel is also close to bus and tram stops, as well as tour bus pickup points, making it an excellent base for exploring the city and surrounding areas.

However, there were a couple of drawbacks during our stay. The hotel does not have air conditioning, which became particularly challenging during the recent heat wave when temperatures reached 34°C. Unfortunately, no table fan or pedestal fan was available either. This made the room quite uncomfortable, especially for our 9-year-old child. The breakfast was acceptable but fairly basic, with limited variety and fewer options than we expected from a hotel in this category.
