Front desk gentleman was exceptional! Very helpful, patient and friendly. Cleaning crew did a fantastic job. Loved the location very close to the train station which made it super convenient for travel to mountain towns.

"Friendly hotel, great staff and brilliant location"

Easy walking distance from the main station, across the Linnet River. Quiet away from traffic and major streets. Excellent staff, very friendly and helpful. Would definitely book again

Breakfast was a little thin, but not overly so. Food and drink choice limited.

Selection of cereals was poor, there were no pastries, there was no toast, only bread rolls and croissants, microwave was not working
